JAMMU, May 7: Sant Mela Singh (SMS) College of Education organized 13th Annual Sports Meet, here today.
Prof Dhian Singh Bhau, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education was the chief guest on the occasion, while chairman of the College Prof Anmol Singh and member of Management Committee, Dr SPS Dutta (Professor Emeritus) of Jammu University were present on the occasion.
Earlier, Principal of the College, Dr Kiran Luthra presented welcome address.
While speaking on the occasion, Prof Bhau stressed upon the pupil teachers to work with honesty, sincerity and dedication to achieve perfection in teaching profession and earn respect in the society.
Various indoor and outdoor games and sports events were held on the occasion.
S Daljeet Singh, Physical Instructor helped in conducting the activities.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Prof Charanjeet Kour.
