SMHS, G B Pant Hospitals to re-open on Monday

Srinagar, Sept 20: Accor-ding to Principal, Government Medical College, Srinagar, Dr. Rafiq Pampori, the SMHS Hospital and G B Pant Hospital, which were inundated due to recent floods and water logging would re open from Monday.
The Principal has appealed all the employees to report to duties immediately so that the hospitals start functioning optimally.
It may be recalled that all the city hospitals stand de-wartered and the Minister for Health & Medical Education, Taj Mohi-ud-Din was personally monitoring the cleanup operations. The Unani Hospital at Shalteng is already functional for the last three days.
Meanwhile, the department today kicked off the anti measles vaccination campaign in the flood affected areas.
