SKS asks Govt to ensure security of minorities in Valley

JAMMU, Oct 17: Sampooran Kashmir Sanghattan (SKS) has asked the Government to ensure the security of minorities especially the PM package employees in the Valley and warned it that if any employee will be harmed in future, the Government will be solely responsible for it.
SKS general secretary, Bharat Kachroo in a statement today said that Government has issued circular asking package employees to join their duties. Minority employees who are under threat have left Valley to save their life and their families as situation has turned like 90’s after targeted killings of minorities there. He said the Kashmiri Pandits should not be made as testing goats again. SKS secretary has alarmed Government that tight security arrangements should be made for all minority employees in the Valley and atmosphere should be made easy for them so that they can work freely without any harassment and tension .
He further requested JK UT Government and Lt Governor that Minority female employees who are performing their duties in far-flung areas in the Valley be transferred near towns and accommodation arrangements should be made for all minority employees as soon as possible.
