JAMMU, Feb 17: Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Club defeated Mayank Goswami Cricket Academy (MGCA) by 3 wickets in a friendly match played at Sikanderpur ground, here today.
After winning the toss, MGCA led by Sachin Singh scored 115 runs by losing all the wickets in 25 overs. Aaqib and Sarfaraz scored 14 runs off 7 balls and 14 runs off 21 balls respectively.
From SKCC side, Manu Khajuria took 3 wickets and Anil Langeh scalped 2 wickets. Aman Cheema, Shahrukh, Dildaar, Jimmy and Gurpreet took one wicket each.
In reply, SKCC led by Aman Cheema chased the target by losing 7 wickets in just 16 overs. Rohit Choudhary scored 26 runs off 34 balls and Jimmy and Aman Singh made 15 and 12 runs respectively.
For MGCA side, Aaqib took 3 wickets, Gurtez scalped 2 wickets and Sachin took one wicket.
Manu of SKCC was declared as Man of the Match for his all round performance.
