JAMMU, June 28: Bagh-e-Bahu Police arrested six gamblers along with Rs 46880 stake money and playing cards, a police official said.
The arrested persons were identified as Nanak Singh, son of Joginder Singh of Qasim Nagar Jammu, Harmeet Singh, son of Sohan Singh of Nai Basti, Amnish Dogra, son of Ishwar Dutt of Purani Mandi Jammu, Manish Mahajan, son of Ashok Kumar of Sanjay nagar Jammu, Rajvinder Singh, son of Mohan Singh of Nanak Nagar and Abdul Qayoom, son of Noor Mohammad of Gujjar Nagar.
Cognizance has been taken by Bagh-e-Bahu Police in this regard.
