JAMMU, July 19: The language wing of State Institute of Education organized a six-day orientation programme for the teachers of Jammu province, teaching English at the Secondary level, which concluded here today.
The participants in the programme were familiarized with the latest techniques of teaching English.
The programme was coordinated by Archna Bakshi, Research Officer under the supervision of Shadi Lal Tengloo, Field Advisor of the language wing.
At the concluding session H R Pakhroo Principal SIE, Jammu exhorted the participants to make use of these newly learnt pedagogical skills in their actual class room.
The participants in the programme also shared their views with the faculty of SIE, Jammu for addressing the quality component at grass root level.
