Six-day Happiness Course by Art of Living concludes

JAMMU, Dec 26: To bring inner peace, The Art of Living, for the first time, conducted Happiness Course across India including 6 locations in Jammu & Kashmir from December 20-25.
The Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s unique Sudarshan Kriya was taught for the first time in the workshop conducted pan India in which thousands across India participated. Hundreds of people from J&K also participated in this programme at 6 locations in the State.
The program was gathering of thousands of participants joining in from over 1000 locations throughout India – from Jammu to Chennai and Shillong to Bombay. A very dedicated team of the Art of Living teachers and volunteers assisted in successful completion of the programme at all locations.
Apart from the powerful breathing techniques— Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the program also had interactive wisdom sessions that provided practical life tools to handle any difficult or stressful situation in life. People from different walks of life participated and experienced a tremendous relief from ailments, emotional imbalance and physical fitness issues.
Art of Living teachers’ district coordinator, Jammu, Delair Singh informed that the six locations in J&K where the camp held were AOL Centre Trikuta Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Trikuta Nagar Extension, Channi Himmat, Janipura and Nagrota in Jammu. Over a thousand participants from all over India also travelled to the Art of Living International Centre, Banglore to learn the techniques.
He said that the unique breathing technique taught during the workshop eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving one calm yet energized, focused yet relaxed with resultants of reduced heart rate and blood pressure.
