POONCH, May 5: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) today pasted posters on the houses of accused absconding in narco-terrorism case asking them to appeal before court within a month, at Degwar, Terwan and Khari Karmara areas in Poonch district.
Official sources said that two accused namely Mohd Arshad aliasAsif son of Mohd Rashid, resident of Darabagyal Degwar Terwan and Mohd Liaqat alias Billa son of Mohd Hussain, resident of Khari Karmara are wanted.

They have to be produced present before Principal District Session Judge court Poonch.
The SIA teams today pasted posters on their houses of accused in the presence of some prominent people.
“Proclamation is hereby made that accused persons are required to present themselves before the court within the period of 30 days from today failing which proceedings under section 83 CrPC shall be initiated against them”, the poster read remain at large
