SAMBA, Mar 24: In connection with 446th Parkash Diwas of Goswami Guru Nabha Dass Ji Maharaj falling on 8th April, an impressive Shobha Yatra was taken out here today.
Thousands of devotees of Goswami Guru Nabha Dass Ji Maharaj participated in the Shobha Yatra. Dr Devinder Manyal, former Minister for Health and Medical Education and Ex-MLA Samba was the chief guest on the occasion.
Many prominent citizens of Samba, senior leaders of various socio- political organizations accompanied the Shoba Yatra. The devotees sang bhajans and their enthusiasm charged the atmosphere with religious fervour.
The Shobha Yatra culminated at Goswami Guru Nabha Dass Ji Maharaj temple located at Budhwani, near Samba. A community langer was also served at the culmination of the function.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Manyal exhorted the participants to follow the path of truthfulness, equity, justice and communal harmony. In this way, he added, we can pay our tributes to revered Guru ji in the real sense.
