Shiv Sena seeks strict action against stone pelters, separatists

JAMMU, Apr 23: Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackeray) had asked the Central Government to awake from deep slumber and take strict action against stone pelters and separatists in Kashmir.
While talking to media persons here at Jammu, Shiv Sena State chief, Dimpy Kohli, along with Rakesh Gupta, Manish Sahni, Raj Singh and others said the State Government has totally failed to respond appropriately to the situation created in the wake of killing of Hizbul Commander Burhan Wani and the resultant turbulence witnessed in the Valley.
He said that violence is increasing day by day in Kashmir valley whereas State Government is sitting as a mute spectator to all this. Besides this, the State Government is totally supporting the stone pelters and singing songs on the tunes of separatists.
Dimpy said that annual holy pilgrimage is starting in the month of June and the violent incidents in the Kashmir valley are a matter of great concern regarding security of Amarnath pilgrims. He said that Central Government must awake from the deep slumber and should take strict action against stone pelters and separatists.
Alleging total collapse of law and order in Kashmir valley, Dimpy Kohli sought the immediate intervention of the Central Government in the matter, as this fire is now reaching close to the Chenab valley (Jammu Province).
On the occasion, Shiv Sena also announced RS Pura unit and nominated Sanjeev Sharma as president of RS Pura unit, Labba Ram as vice president, Rakesh Sharma as general secretary, Bhushan Kumar as advisor and Abhi Sharma as well as Ghara as cashiers.
