JAMMU, Jan 23: The Jammu and Kashmir unit of Shiv Sena Balasaheb Thackeray today released a “Vision Document” for the youth of the UT on the birth anniversary of party founder, Bala Saheb Thackeray.
While releasing the “Vision Document” in front of Government Women College Parade, Jammu, J&K party president, Manish Sahni along with women president Minakshi Chibber demanded stipend for the unemployment educated youths, free Wi-Fi in colleges and universities, fully free education, reservation in Government jobs for youth of J&K and many others.
While addressing the youth, Sahni said that raising voice for the rights of youth is the true tribute to Bala Sahib Thackeray. He said that 30 years ago when Kashmiri Pandits were compelled to leave the valley first person who gave them reservation in all educational institutions in Maharashtra was Shri Bala Saheb Thackray.
Meenakshi Chibber said that the students have been “very excited and impressed with the party’s vision document”, with strong support. She said that campaign will be continuing in all colleges and universities, and tomorrow it will be held at GGM Science College, Jammu.
General secretary of Shiv Sena, Vikas Bakshi, working president Ashwani Gupta, secretary Raj Singh, Santosh Kumari, Champa Devi, Pooja Rani, Monia Dutta, Vikas Dewan, Mangu Ram, Bhuri Singh and many others were present.
