JAMMU, Aug 2: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray Jammu and Kashmir unit today burnt the effigy of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and asserted that Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) is an integral part of India and the Pakistan has no right to organize any cricket programmes in the region.
Dozens of Sainiks led by its president, Manish Sahni lodged a strong protest against Pakistan by raising slogans, here today. “Pakistan has no right to organize any cricket tournament in the illegally occupied territory,” Sahni said.
Sahni urged the Government of India and the BCCI to come forward and expose the Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s nefarious design.
President women’s wing Meenakshi Chhibber, general secretary Vikas Bakshi, senior vice president Sandeep Bhagat, Vikas Dewan and many other were present during the protest.
