REASI, Feb 24: A meeting to review the arrangements for Shiv khori Mela was held under the chairmanship of Executive Officer, SSKSB Mahesh Sharma here today.
During the meeting, various points regarding publicity, advertisement, installation of flex hoardings of the event cultural programmes/jhankies, barricading, road repair, water supply and sanitation were discussed in detail.
It was decided in the meeting that all committee members comprising Executive Engineer PMGSY, AD Tourism Katra, AD Employment Reasi, DIO Reasi and DYSSO Reasi in coordination with Song and Drama Division will make necessary arrangements for organizing cultural programme including local folk dance and other jhankies etc during the mela.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Director Tourism Katra Ashima Sher, District Youth Services and Sports officer Reasi Dr. S.S.Chib, Assistant Director Employment Reasi Sulakshna Thakur, Exen PMGSY Reasi H.R langeh and others.
