Shamsher, Rekha start blacktopping work

JAMMU, Oct 17: Former Rajya Sabha Member and senior J&K BJP leader, Shamsher Singh Manhas along with Jammu Municipal Corporation Councillor, Rekha Manhas here today started blacktopping work of lanes and by-lanes in Ward Number 62.
Speaking on the occasion Shamsher Singh said that Union Government is determined for the holistic development of J&K and has plans to open the new doors for job creation in J&K.
“All flagship schemes of the Government of India including individual beneficiary centric schemes are also being proactively implemented in J&K,” he claimed, adding that PM Modi led Government is committed for the holistic development of every nook and corner of J&K under a well-knit programme.
“The Government is making sincere efforts to mitigate the problems of the people on priority,” the BJP leader said and interacted with local residents and listened their issues.
He assured them that all their genuine concerns will be looked into on priority.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Ex-District BJP president, Sukhdev Singh Jamwal; Suresh Khajuria, Neeru Sharma, Narinder Raina and Ved Parkash Sharma.
