JAMMU, Nov 15: Sham Singh Sarpanch, resident of Katra has been appointed district president of JKNPP by State president Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA in consultation with the Chairman Harshdev Singh, MLA with an immediate effect. He served the party as District Young Panthers president for four years with commitment and dedication.
The members of the District Council and the office bearers of Reasi district would remain unchanged.
