JAMMU, Aug 20: Minister for PHE, Sham Choudhary and MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta today jointly inaugurated the newly renovated PHE station, Parade, costing Rs 14.50 lakh.
They were accompanied by Chief Engineer Ashok Gandotra, Superintendent Engineer, Gagan Jyoti, XEn Himesh Manchanda, XEn Rajeev Gupta, Sanjeev Gupta (AEE), Sudesh Sharma (AEE) and JE Anil Sharma.
BJP leaders Vinay Gupta, Pardeep Sharma, Prof Sham, Kuldeep Kandhari, Ashwani Sharma, Rajkumar, Chandan Gupta, Subhash Annand, Balkrishan, Subhash Sanghra, Gokul Koul and PC Gupta were also accompanying the Minister and MLA.
Minister for PHE, while speaking on the occasion, said that they are working tirelessly to create facilities for the public that would serve them for long time instead of going for short term measures. “We are also working to augment the water supply to the city of Jammu”, he added.
