JAMMU, Jan 9: Newly elected DDC member from Surankote in Poonch, Shahnawaz Choudhary called on All India Congress Committee (AICC) incharge J&K, Rajni Patil at AICC headquarters, New Delhi today.
She welcomed and congratulated Shahnawaz on his thumping victory in the recently held DDC elections. They discussed the party affairs and the current prevailing situation in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
Shahnawaz assured AICC general secretary that he will leave no stone unturned to strengthen the party in J&K, and specially in the Rajouri- Poonch belt, under the dynamic leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.
