KATHUA, Dec 26: To pay tribute to all the warriors who sacrificed their lives for nation in the wars of 1965, 1971, martyrs of 22 Punjab Regiment,J&K Police martyrs and other Military & Paramilitary forces martyrs, Shaheedi Committee Jandi ,Chairman-. Ram Krishan Sharma organized two days free medical camp at Rishi Jamdangi Nagri Village Jandi (Hiranagar).
Chief of the Programme was Dr. Sushil Razdan, renowned Super Neurologist along with his team of specialists doctors Dr Rajni Razdan Gynecologist , Dr. Shavita Razdan, Breast Cancer Surgeon- Medanta Gurgaon, Dr. K K Pandita Physician Specialist , a team of doctors Dr. Amrit Rai (Orthopaedic ) and Dr. Amit Badgal( Cardiology.
The medical camp was organised with the aim to provide quality medical care and free medicines to the poor and needy people of the area.
People participated in large numbers in this camp. Children also took part in the camp. As a part of the campaign, free medicines were given to the people.
People of village Jandi/Bassi Jamwal Ravinder Sharma, Pardeep Singh Jamwal, Yog Raj Singh, Arun Sharma, Sanjay Sharma, Amarjeet Singh Jamwal, Ram Thirth Khajuria, Vijay Sharma, Kuldeep Sharma, KP Singh, Bhupinder Singh etc played vital role and gave their support to Shaheedi Committee Jandi for organising free medical camp.
