JAMMU, Oct 27: The State Government today ordered attachment of IAS officer Shafiq Ahmad Raina and posted M D Khan as Commissioner/ Secretary Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA).
MD Khan, who recently got KAS under Technical quota, has been given the post of Commissioner/Secretary following the intervention of Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the State Government assigned additional work of Administrative Secretary Tourism to Managing, Director Jammu Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation (JKTDC) and also accorded sanction to the deputation of both the Directors of Floriculture.
Sarmad Hafeez, Managing Director, JKTDC, shall look after the work of Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
According to a separate order, the Government has accorded sanction to the deputation of Babila Rakwal, Director Floriculture, Jammu and Mathora Masoom, Director Floriculture, Kashmir, to Netherlands for participation in the International Floriculture Trade Fair at Vijfhuizen, Holland, with effect from November 8 to November 10, 2017.
