Bipul Pathak, Chairman, Special Tribunal, J&K has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary, Tran-sport Department.
Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, was transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary, Higher Education Department.
Vinod Koul, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Animal Sheep Husbandry and Science & Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal.
Sarita Chouhan, Commi-ssioner/ Secretary, Social Welfare Department shall hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Science and Technology Department, till further orders.
