JAMMU, June 9: Seven persons today sustained minor injuries in a group clash over some minor issue at Akhnoor area of city outskirts.
A police spokesman said two parties today lodged counter FIRs against each other for assaulting and injuring them. He said one Chaman Lal son of Shanker Dass, resident of Bandwal Colony lodged a written complaint against three persons namely Kapoor Chand and Gian Chand son of Padda Ram, Tarsem Lal son of Gian Chand and Ajay Kumar son of Tarsem Lal, all residents of Bandwal Colony that they stopped his way and beaten him and his family. In this regard, an FIR was registered against accused person u/s 341/323/34 RPC.
Similarly, one Kapoor Chand son of Paddar Ram of Bandwal Colony, lodged a complaint against three persons namely Chaman Lal son of Shanker Dass, Ravi Kumar son of Chaman Lal and Sonu son of Chaman Lal, all residents of Bandwal Colony that they stopped his way and start abusing and beating him. In this regard, an FIR registered against accused persons u/s 341/323/34 RPC.
