JAMMU, Apr 11: Calling upon people to avail maximum benefit of the flagship schemes launched by the Government, vice president J&K BJP, Yudhvir Sethi said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has come up with so many public welfare schemes that have the potential to change the course of life of people.
The senior BJP leader said this while addressing a gathering after distributing golden health cards to beneficiaries in Jammu East constituency.
Sethi said that exemplary programmes have been started by the Central Government to cater to the needs of the people. He said that party workers have to ensure that benefits of initiatives taken by the Government in different fields reach every nook and corner of the UT.
Sethi said that under the guidance of Narendra Modi various schemes which have been launched must serve the purpose by way of providing facilities to common man. He asked the BJP workers to remain proactive in dispensing information of the aforesaid schemes among the masses so that no one remains aloof from taking benefit of these schemes.
“We have to collectively work towards creating awareness among the society about the initiatives taken by PM Modi and real purpose of the schemes would only be met if the benefit reaches to each and every beneficiary,” he added.
The senior BJP leader stressed on the need for spreading information on the public welfare schemes to the poor masses that can avail benefits of the same through implementing agencies and sought active participation of everyone in the implementation of the development and welfare schemes launched by Union Government. “The development process which has been started in the UT of J&K after the abrogation of Article 370 can only prove beneficial when each and every person of UT will be enriched with the benefits of the schemes launched by the Central dispensation. The onus of ensuring the same lies with the ground level workers of BJP therefore lethargy of any kind is not at all permissible”, he maintained and asked the beneficiaries to avail maximum benefits of the schemes crafted for the common masses.
