Separate homeland imperative to complete Aug, 2019 process: PK

JAMMU, Oct 21: The Core Group of Panun Kashmir (PK) met here, today to deliberate on the situation developing in Kashmir due to continual killings of the members of the Hindu community, the apathetic approach of the Indian State and irresponsible statements emanating from some ‘responsible’ quarters.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Ajay Chrungoo. Others who attended included Kuldip Raina, Shailendra Aima, Daya Krishan Kaul, Pran Raina, Behari Lal Kaul, Satish Sher, Lenin Bhat Tito Ganju and M K Dhar.
Panun Kashmir appealed to the Government of India not to dither further and recognize that the Hindus living in Kashmir are facing genocide and that the policy of employment for them, called the PM Employment Package, by very implication is a policy of denial of Hindu genocide.
It said that the J&K is face to face with a Jihadi war since 1989-90 and the failure to recognize the same has lead to the spillover of this war which is now threatening to engulf rest of India.
It said neutering Article 370 and abrogation of Article 35A, are incomplete steps and in order to defeat Jihad and liberate the people of J&K from the squeeze of a de facto Muslim State, the separation of Jammu from Kashmir and division of Kashmir Valley to carve out separate UT for the Hindus, subjected to cleansing and genocide, is an imperative.
It said “Let it be born clear that Jihad has to be called as Jihad and the genocide of Hindus as genocide.
The PK in unequivocal terms demanded that Hindu employees living in Kashmir are being forced to be sacrificial offerings to the demon of genocide in order to satiate the State’s thirst for “normalcy” and “secularism”.
It said creation of the UT of PK to the East and North of River Jhelum for permanent rehabilitation of Hindus expelled from Kashmir is a critical requirement for peace in the region and
PK is committed to the implementation of Margdarshan resolution in letter and spirit.
It said “We know how vague clichés like ‘dignity and honour’ have been used in the past to push a compromise down the throat of the community. Similarly “One place settlement” is also one more such vague cliché to seek consent of Kashmiri Hindus couched as settlement”.
PK urged PM Narendra Modi to realise the reality and take one more bold initiate on creation of separate homeland as per Margdarshan resolution to make August 5, 2019 initiative a complete process which will usher permanent peace in J&K.
