Senior Citizens Healthcare

Sir,
Senior citizens are denied healthcare facilities in Government hospitals . I appreciate your editorial titled ‘senior citizens health care’ April 28th . There are several schemes for senior citizens but majority of senior citizens are not aware about these programmes. It would be wise enough if Government makes details of these schemes available at village and mohalla level. Official websites of Government departments must also upload the information about senior citizens healthcare benefits at Government hospitals . District and Sub District hospitals must make details public on notice boards and sign boards outside  hospitals
