JAMMU, Dec 16: J&K Branch of NIRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a seminar on Relevant Provisions under Transfer Pricing under Income Tax Act and New Companies Act at Jammu Club.
Gaurav Garg was the guest speaker on the occasion. He deliberated in detail and enlightened the members about the various important aspects related to the topics.
Chairman J&K Branch, Dalip K Kaul delivered the inaugural address and while welcoming the guests, emphasized on the importance of the topics of the seminar.
Secretary J&K Branch of ICAI, Anil Sharma conducted the proceedings and Vikram Garg, Vice-Chairman presented vote of thanks.
Shalay Razdan, treasurer, Sandeep Pachnanda and Deepak Kapahi, members of the executive committee alongwith a large number of Chartered Accountants participated in the seminar.
