JAMMU, May 6: The selected candidates for Associate NCC officers will undergo Pre-Commission Training (PCT) Course to be held at Kamptee and Gwalior.
These officers will be commissioned by HQ DGNCC and after undergoing PCT Course they will conduct NCC training of cadets in their respective institutions.
Earlier, NCC Directorate J&K conducted interviews for teachers to be enrolled as Associate NCC Officers in various NCC institutions in Jammu and Kashmir. A total of 28 candidates appeared before the interview panel consisting of Major General SS Jakhar, Additional Director General NCC, J&K Directorate, Brigadier Rajat Jamwal, Group Commander, NCC Group Headquarters Jammu, Cdr Sujit K Singh, CO 1 J&K Naval Unit NCC Srinagar and Prof Vandana Khajuria.
