NEW DELHI, Dec 14: Freight rates for nine tonne load to Hyderabad, Goa and Kochi improved by Rs 1,000 in the local truck transport market today following tight position of trucks amid busy cargo movements.
Transporters said less availability of trucks mainly pushed up Kochi, Goa and Hyderabad freights.
Capital to Hyderabad and Goa rates moved up by Rs 1,000 each at Rs 55,000 and Rs 52,000. Rates to Kochi also went up by Rs 1,000 at Rs 74,000.
