JAMMU, Aug 17: Seema Bhasin, Director Finance, Housing & Urban Development Department, has been appointed as Inquiry Officer to conduct an in-depth enquiry against the Divisional Vigilance Officer (DVO) of Srinagar Municipal Corporation for issuance of Non Involvement Certificate for settlement of the pension case of accused R K Tutoo.
An order in this regard was issued today by the Housing & Urban Development Department, according to which, the Inquiry officer shall submit her report within 15 days.
It was further ordered that Mudasir Hussain, Secretary, Srinagar Municipal Corporation will be the Presenting Officer in the matter.
