JAMMU, Sept 23: A delegation of School Education Employees Co-ordination Committee and Incharge School Education Officers Forum led by Amar Nath Thakur provincial president met DSE Jammu and submitted a reminder of demands which included APRs with consolidated statement of all incharge school education officers/ Lecturers as per performa issued already and the same may be submitted to administrative department for regularization of all school education officers.
They demanded regarding regularization of Incharge Officers/Lecturers, re -adjustment of all 58 lecturers adjusted against vacant posts of other subjects, implementation of rational transparent transfer policy, regular releasing of salary grants under SSA, RMSA and other components, clearing pending liability of salary of teachers under SSA and MDM, stopping mass promotion policy at primary levels and proper monitoring of all schools on regular basis, appointment of examination staff in board classes on rotation basis from the directorate, regular teachers training at district level of all teachers, exemption of teachers from other duties etc.
Responding to the demands Director School Education Jammu said that all CEOs will be directed to submit APR Files and consolidated statements as per Performa of all Incharge Officers/ Lecturers, Vacancy lists of lecturers /headmasters, dropout cases for regularization in the meeting scheduled on 29-09-15, and that no transfer will be done till March 2016 except modification of medical cases of extreme diseases, verification process of degrees is going on and no pick and choose will be done.
