Sir,
This is in reference to the article titled ‘Security Exenditure by Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat’ which was published in this paper last week. The author has highlighted such an important issue which even our legislators (MLAs and MLCs) have not raised so far. Under security related expenditure (SRE) more than 7000 crore of rupees have been sent to Jammu & Kashmir by Govt of India through MHA but people never know how these funds were spent right from 1990’s till date. Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed should get this matter probed and our MLAs and MLCs who raise unimportant issues in legislature must speak on this issue as well.
