SDM seeks BDO’s explanation as staff found absent

MENDHAR, Apr 21: SDM Mendhar, Rahul Yadav today sought explanation from the BDO, Mendhar as only one class IV employee was found present in the office when he paid surprise visit in his office here today.
The SDM paid visit to the BDO office at around 11 am today after receiving public complaints that BDO office staff often remains absent from duty. He found that only class IV employee, Nassir Ahmed was present while BDO, AAO Mohar Singh, SO Manzoor Ahmed, Junior Assistant Tanveer Ahmed and several other staff members were absent.
Only two rooms were opened while others were found closed. Nassir told that attendance register was in the custody of Section Officer. The SDM sought explanation of the BDO and said that action would be taken against the absentee staff members.
