RAJOURI, June 7: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Nowshera Harbans Sharma chaired a public grievances redressal camp at GHS Lam organised by Sub Divisional Administration Nowshera to take stock of public grievances and to ensure on spot the delivery of revenue services to the general public.
SDM Nowshera Harbans Lal Sharma and Tehsildar Qila Darnal Mahesh Chander along with concerned sectoral officers of various Government departments were present.
A large number of people hailing from Lam, Qila Darhal, Pukhrni, Rajoa Chat Sarkari and adjoining areas participated in the camp.
The people raised various issues pertaining to water and power Supply, installation of transformers, fresh electrification of households, availability of ration, Aadhar Card enrolment, construction of roads and bunkers, clearance of liabilities under Swachh Bharat Mission and MGNERGA, functioning of schools and Anganwari Centers.
During the camp, revenue documents including 89 PRCs, 8 ALCs, 13 income certificate, 14 inheritance mutations, 55 extract of Khasra Girdawri, 52 extract of jamabandi, 17 extract of misal haquit, 13 SC certificates, 145 voter list and 5 legal heir certificate were issued.
After listening to the demands and grievances of the people, SDM Nowshera Harbans Lal Sharma assured them that their genuine concerns would be looked into and redressed in a time bound manner. He instructed the concerned sectoral officers and officials to ensure speedy action and timely redressal of grievances.
During the camp, CDPO Nowshera, Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies Nowshera, Tehsil Social Welfare officer Nowshera and many others expressed their views.
