AKHNOOR, Oct 19: For effective implementation of ‘Back to Village 4’ (B2V4) programme, a meeting of all the Heads of Departments of Chowki Choura Sub Division was chaired by Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Virender Gupta today.
Dr. Raman Jandyal, Tehsildar Chowki Choura welcomed explained departmentwise works to be done at door-steps of common mass and emphasized over the activities highlighted by J&K Government for effective and transparent delivery to make B2V4 programme successful.
During meeting, the SDM directed the Tehsildar to conduct Panchayatwise regular camps in coordination with other line-departments.
The Tehsildar was asked to ensure 100 per cent generation and distribution of Land Passbooks on war footing basis during Jan Abhiyan Campaign as well as inform and popularize ‘Apki Zameen-Apki Nigrani’ Programme and complete all the pending Inheritance Mutations.
Block Medical Officer, Chowki Choura was exhorted upon to ensure 100 per cent preparation of PMJAY Golden Cards and conduct Panchayatwise regular Camps in coordination with Social Welfare Department, Jal Shakti Department, Agriculture Department as well as concerned CSC Service Provider in the Sub Division.
AEO (Agriculture) was directed to guide farmers/PRI members for growing Button Mushroom to increase income.
Other line-departments like JK Bank, JK Grameen Bank, Forest Department, Education Department, PDD, PWD, Tourism, CAPD etc were asked to depute their teams in the Camps so that people could be made aware to avail various Government facilities at their door steps.
The SDM also directed the BDO Chowki Choura to present the demands having been made in earlier B2V3 programme so that follow up strategy could be worked out to fulfill the pending genuine demands of the public of Chowki Choura.
