KISHTWAR, Dec 2: Uncer-tainty and chaos continues as the brutal killing of State general secretary of BJP Anil Parihar and his brother Ajit Parihar has been turning out to a mystery as till date justice has not been brought to the bereaved families.
Today, a delegation of Sanatan Dharam Sabha Kishtwar lead by Hans Raj Bhutyal (Presi) and former Minister Sunil Kumar Sharma called on DIG, Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban Range BS Tutti at Batote Headquarters and expressed strong resentment over the delay and slow pace of investigation. They said although the matter has been handed over to NIA but mishandling of case at local level has created strong resentment among the local people. Such acts would certainly affect the trust of the people on the local administration, they added.
They said soon after the brutal killings, a deputation of prominent people from Kishtwar moved to New Delhi and a charter of demands was projected before the Central Ministers including Home Minister Rajnath Singh which includes construction of security bunkers at vulnerable points, strengthening of security system, enhancement of PSO’s to the protected persons, CRPF batallions, CCTV camera installations but nothing concrete is being witnessed on ground which is surprisingly shocking.
Sanatan Dharam Sabha delegation during the meet has now conveyed to the DIG that Administration is hereby warned and apprised to produce results within a week time and to book every single culprit related to the case whosoever involved so that they may be hanged till death by the judiciary.
After that the civil society in Kishtwar will start a strong agitation against the system who seems to be hell bent to save the culprits and give space to destroy every single evidence related to the case.
Those who accompanied included Hans Raj Bhutiyal, Roshan Lal Sen. Rajinder Singh, Chanderkant Sharma, Pardeep Singh Parihar, Madan Sen, Balkrishan Parihar, Ravinder Sen, Rakesh Singh and others.
