JAMMU, Sept 11: The J&K unit of All India Confederation of SC/ST/OBC Organizations, today held its executive committee meeting under the chairmanship of State president, RK Kalsotra, wherein it was decided to hold convention of 1000 members of the Confederation on September 25 to discuss future course of action to get back reservation in promotion.
The meeting was attended by Ramesh Sarmal, vice president of Confederation, general secretary, LIC SC/ST and Buddhist Association, Dr Ramesh Kaith, joint secretary of Confederation, Mohinder and many others.
A threadbare discussion was held on the proposed cadre camp/convention of Confederation to be held on September 25 at 10 AM onwards in Gujjar Desh Charitable Trust to checkout future strategy to get back Reservation in promotion rights in J&K and to make success the National rally of Confederation on November 28 at Ram Lila Ground, New Delhi, a success.
