Mr Kalsotra while  addressing the gathering stressed that the reserved categories always have been targeted by the anti- SC/ST/OBC policies of the Government and anti-reservation group of the society.
Many time various anti-reservation SRO and rules floated by the bureaucracy created crisis for these communities time & again, which force the people of down trodden communities to come on roads. He further said that in the latest case State Government has failed to defend its Reservation Act in which the State High Court has struck down the reservation in promotion due to slackness of the State Government and its Law Department.
He stressed upon Govt to protect the rights of the reserve categories  otherwise,  people from the community would come out on the roads. He urged the Government to clear the backlog of posts by launching special drives for these categories.
