JAMMU, Nov 1: Supreme Court Collegium today recommended transfer of Justice Rajesh Bindal, Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court to Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
The Collegium had early recommended transfer of Justice Bindal to Madras High Court but Justice Bindal made a request for his transfer to any nearby High Court in North India like J&K, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh or Rajasthan.
His request was considered today and Collegium while reconsidering its early decision recommended transfer of Justice Bindal to J&K High Court.
