Sat Sharma, Rajesh Gupta flag off Baba Buddha Amarnath Yatra

JAMMU, Aug 16: Chhari Yatra organised by Shiv Parivar Nath Ashram, Village Ban, Gum Pul, here left from Jewel Chowk, Jammu to Shri Buddha Amar Nath Ji, Mandi, Poonch today.
A large number of devotees were present on the occasion, who were seen chanting hymns and bhajans, making the whole environment lively.
This Yatra was flagged off by Former Minister and MLA Sat Sharma (CA), MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta, Baba Ramesh Nath Ji and Baba Jaipal Nath Ji.
They were accompanied by Raman Suri (Prominent Social Worker of J&K), Poornima Sharma (Vice President State BJP), Parvinder Kumar (Pummy Baba Ji), Charanjit Singh Raina (Former Director Citizen Co-operative Bank), Veena Gupta, Ayodhya Gupta, Jeet Angral and Chanchal Baba.
Speaking on the occasion Sharma said that Shri Buddha Amarnath Ji Yatra is one of the important Hindu Pilgrimage of Northern India in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. He appreciated the role of various agencies in making the Yatra successful.
It is pertinent to mention here that every year, a Vishal Bhandara/Langar is organised by the Shiv Parivaar Nath Ashram at Shri Buddha Amarnath Ji, Poonch Mandi. This Bhandara is organised by Shri Baba Ramesh Nath Ji and Shri Baba Jaipal Nath. This year, it is the 14th Vishal Bhandara/Langar. It started on August 13 and will continue till August 28.
