JAMMU, Jan 20: To develop Jammu West as a model Constituency and to fulfill its vision to take Jammu West to new heights, BJP MLA from Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) started work of upgradation of drain at Rehari Colony area of Ward Number 24 at an estimated project cost of Rupees 2.94 lacs. Sharma was also accompanied by local residents of the area and many social and political activists as well.
Addressing a gathering on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that he is committed to work for the betterment of Jammu West and he wishes to make it a model Constituency under his tenure. He said that many new projects are waiting to be implemented in the Constituency and within a matter of time such projects will be taken up in different areas of the Constituency.
He stated that he will fulfill all the demands of the masses of Jammu West and will work round the clock for the betterment of the society as well. He also assured the people that every possible developmental initiative which could help in making their lives comfortable will be taken up on priority so that the basic demands of the public could be met.
The residents of the area also complimented the MLA for redressing their long pending demand in the shortest period of time.
Praduman Singh, Sanjay Khanna, Munish Raja, Sudhir Gupta, Anil Gupta, Tilak, Bakshi and others were also present on the occasion.
