Sat Sharma conducts public, Karyakarta darbar

JAMMU, June 9: Minister of Housing and Urban Development Department, Sat Sharma (CA) conducted Karyakarta and public darbar to address the public issues at Party Headquarter, here at Trikuta Nagar today.
Sat Sharma, while expressing his views on public darbar, said BJP that the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has led the nation on the path of unparallel growth and development. Sharma referred to the words of PM terming himself as the “Pradhan Sewak” and commented that every representative and public servant should feel himself and serve the society as a loyal and humble servant. The Mantra of BJP is “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas” and the party is committed to mitigate every problem faced by public, he added.
Sat Sharma said that the primary aim of conducting this program is to address public grievances at grass root level and BJP is conducting these type of programs on a regular basis where public can come and approach for any type of problem. During the interaction, Minister stressed on the fact that the BJP, as an alliance partner in J&K Government, is committed to provide the best infrastructure in the State and the Government is committed to it.
Sat Sharma also referred to the increase in pace of work for the Smart City projects and many other ground breaking mega projects in the region. He also stressed that the infrastructure will be developed keeping in view the target to increase foot fall of tourists in the region.
More than 100 deputations from different regions like Bishnah, R.S. Pura, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu West etc. visited party office to discuss and present their problems. Deputations included the problems like installation and repair of electricity transformers, water scarcity, roads and others. Many deputations discussed their issues concerning Jammu Municipality and Jammu Development Authority.
Sat Sharma sorted out many of deputations’ problems on the spot by telephonically issuing instructions to the competent authority and forwarded the others to concerned departments with written instructions for their quick disposal.
Programme was coordinated by State Secretary & State Incharge Election Related Matters Rajinder Sharma and State Additional Office Secretary Suresh Sharma.
