JAMMU, Feb 3: Former Minister and Ex-MLA, Sat Sharma along with Councillor, Neelam Nargotra here today started construction work of a lane in Shiv Nagar area of Ward number 40 at Talab Tillo.
Sat Sharma was accompanied by JMC officials; AEE, Raman Kapahi; Media Secretary BJP, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra; Mandal President Talab Tillo, Keshav Chopra and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Sharma said that construction of the lane was a long pending demand of residents of the area which has been fulfilled today.
He highlighted the major works taken up in the area in past years.
The BJP leader also said that other areas of Jammu West Assembly segment are also kept on priority and wherever necessary, the development works shall be taken up so that people do not face any problem regarding infrastructure in their areas.
He stated that more projects are in pipeline and will be executed in a time bound manner.
Neelam Nargotra assured the residents that all their genuine demands would be looked into on priority and assured that they shall be forwarded to the concerned authorities for early approval and execution of works.
Jaideep Sambyal, Yash Pal Shivgotra, Abhishek Sharma, Rahul Nargotra, Sachin Nargotra, Vikas Kumar, Rakesh Mahajan, Sonali Gupta, Vandhana and others were also present on the occasion.
