KISHTWAR, Apr 21: Sarpanch Association of the district today demanded the Government to clear their liabilities without any delay.
President of the Association, Monaj Parihar and general secretary, Noor Hussain, said that they have given a memorandum to Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishtwar, dem-anding early clearance of their liabilities on account of cement consumption and labour for various works in the year 2012, 2013 and 2014.
They said that in the last meeting in the year 2014 the then DDC Kishtwar had assured the Association that their liability will be cleared within in 15 days even after 15 months passed, nothing was done in this regard.
