SAMBA, Feb 28: Gujjar and Bakkerwal Desh Youth Body (GBDYB) today demanded the administration to provide immediate relief to the Gujjar families affected in Sarore incident.
Addressing media persons at Sarore, State president, GBDYB, Choudhary Nazakat Khatana, appealed the district as well as State administration to provide relief, already promised by them to the affected families, so that they can be settled at their respective places.
Terming the Sarore incident inhuman and unkind, he said that the people of Samba especially the Gujjar-Bakkerwal Community is wholeheartedly united to stand with the victims of the affected families.
“It is our priority to keep Hindu-Muslim cooperation and peace in the entire State”, he said and also emphasized on keeping unity and cooperation between different communities and castes irrespective of religion.
