Sangram Sena holds meet, discusses issues

JAMMU, June 7: Sangram Sena J&K held its executive members meeting and discussed various issues pertaining to development and maintenance of open space of the Dewan Mandir, here today.
The meeting was held, here under the leadership of its president, RK Raina.
While addressing the meeting, the president RK Raina said that the organisation has been struggling for the long time for the proper maintenance of the open space on the side of Shri Hanumanji Temple and construction of proper lawn and fountain within the Temple premises.
In this regard, he had met with then Jammu Development Authority (JDA) Vice Chairman, Mubark Singh for the development of the same. “However, he had assured us that all the efforts are being made for the speed up of development of the Dewan Mandir along with construction of two rooms for Sangram Sena’s office and one room for religious library, but nothing has been done so far.
The members urged the JDA for construction of religious library and other development works inside the premises of the Temple which is being carried by the Authority itself, that too without any further delay.
Capt RS Langeh, general secretary of the Sena, Ved Gandotra, president Freedom Fighter Association, Sudhir Padha, chairman Divine Touch, Brij Mehra, president Jammu Pragrati Manch and other prominents were present during the meeting.
