JAMMU, Dec 29: A comprehensive literary function was organized by Samprati an organization of writers and poets in exile at Swami Aatma Ram Ji Ashram Tumal Bohri near here, today.
The function was presided over by Prof P N Trisal a renowned scholar. During the function English translation of various poems was read and released. The writers and poets read their new short stories and poems touching various aspects of life and society.
The writers who read their short stories, translated poems and new poems included Ashok Kaul, Ramesh Aagur, B N Ablash, Adarsh Ajit, Dr R L Bhat, Santosh Nandan, Vinod, Rinku Koul, T N Ganju Vishwas, Rajinder Agosh, B K Sanyasi, Tej Sagar, Pardeep Khodbali, Ashok Gowhar, Ramesh Nirash, Satish Safeer and Vijay Wali.
The programme was conducted by Tej Sagar while the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr R L Bhat.
