In a statement issued here, today Samiti said it is unfortunate that once again some unscrupulous elements are trying to encroach the land of Shri Jawala Ji Asthapan Khrew by carving out a road by approaching the administration and getting it executed by R&B Department without any justification or need.
The Samiti alleged that It is being done only to play with religious sentiments of Hindus taking advantage of their absence from their home land. “We in past have also resented such acts but these elements are bent upon repeating their ulterior designs and have no respect for the law of the land”, the Samiti said. It said the Samiti and Sanjay Saraf, a community leader took up the issue with the district administration and the Department concerned and the land grabbing act was got stopped. It has also appealed all the Biradari members to keep a watch on such activities of shrine lands in the Valley. The elements were warned to avoid such ulterior designs in future as the community will not tolerate the same any more.
