Samba police recovers missing girl

SAMBA, July 10: Samba Police recovered one missing girl and reunited her with her family whose missing report was lodged at Police Station, Jagatpuri, New Delhi.
A Police party of Police Station, Vijaypur while on routine patrolling duty, found a girl roaming in Vijaypur area. As the girl was minor and could have easily fell prey to Anti-social elements, so police took immediate action.
SHO PS Vijaypur promptly produced the missing girl before the Juvenile Justice Board Samba which further handed her over to Child Welfare Committee, Jakh, Samba.
With the continuous joint efforts of Samba Police & Child Welfare Committee Samba, the exact address of the missing girl was traced out and the concerned PS of Delhi was contacted accordingly where the missing report of the girl was lodged.
On this, Delhi Police deputed a team along with parent of the missing girl. After completing all the legal formalities, the missing girl was handed over to her parents in the presence of chairperson Child Welfare Committee, Samba, Police team of PS Vijaypur and Police team from Jagatpuri, PS New Delhi.
The parents of the missing girl expressed their gratitude to the Samba Police as well as to the members of Child Welfare Committee Samba in reuniting their girl with them.
