SAMBA, May 4: District Police Samba in an initiative to boost the moral and to bring out the panacea in the life of the serving jawans organised a lecture -cum interaction programme on stress management and its countering techniques in collaboration with Pravitra Trust UNA Road Hoshiarpur Punjab, for all ranks of Police personnel at District Police Line here today.
The workshop was conducted under the overall supervision of SSP Samba, Anil Magotra, in presence of Dy. SP DAR Samba, in which the guest speaker Dr. Ranjeet Kumar Kaushal, Director Pravitra Trust, Hoshiarpur was invited for delivering the lecture on stress management.
In his lecture he covered all the vital aspects of the problems raised by stress and hectic schedule and also emphasized that in the day to day life of police personnel the main cause of which we are facing is all because of stress which leads to various types of diseases.
During the lecture, all the participating staff members also shared their personal problems with the speaker and the effective solutions were rendered on spot. In the end, the participants emphasized that the workshop was so knowledgeable that it will definitely helps in their day to day life and rendering their services effectively. The participants also complimented the SSP Samba for conducting such workshop for them.
