SAMBA, April 1: Samba police has arrested four Gamblers and recovered stake money of Rs 6750/- from their possession.
Acting on specific information about gambling, a Police party of Police Station, Samba raided the gambling spot at New Bus Stand Samba and arrested four gamblers along with stake money of Rs. 6750/- and playing cards.
The gamblers have been identified as Des Raj S/o Chajju Ram of W.No. 09 Samba, Kishori Lal, S/o Buta Ram of W.No. 07 Samba, Hardish Raj S/o Pritam Chand, Mukesh Singh S/o Puran Chand of W.No. 06 Samba.
Taking cognizance into the matter, all the gamblers were booked under Section 13 of Gambling Act at P/S Samba. The raid was conducted on the directives of Additional SP Samba Faisal Qureshi.
