MUMBAI, Dec 5:
Superstar Salman Khan is all praise for newbie actor Varun Dhawan for trying out a ‘different’ performance in upcoming film ‘Badlapur’.
Varun, 27, who has earlier featured in comical and romantical roles in Bollywood, will be seen in a rowdy avatar in the revenge drama.
“Wah yaar! Kamaal karte ho mr varun! Badlapur! Already trying different stuff. Film is looking good. Baap ka record tod do jaldi. Happy for you,” Salman, 48, posted on Twitter.
Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the film’s teaser was released online and since then it has been getting a positive response.
Varun thanked the ‘Kick’ star and mentioned he will be visiting ‘Bigg Boss 8’, which is being hosted by Salman, to promote the film.(PTI)
